We try to process each order as quickly as possible therefore we limit the cancellation window to 1 hour after purchase.
Once we begin engraving your board we are unable to make changes due to the personalized nature of our products.
Returns
We are confident you're going to love our handmade items so we've created a no fuss return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply ship it back to us and receive a full refund once we receive your return. Simple as that.
If we make a mistake with your order, email us with a picture of your item along with the order number and we will immediately send you a new one.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
