We try to process each order as quickly as possible therefore we limit the cancellation window to 1 hour after purchase.
Once we begin engraving your board we are unable to make changes due to the personalized nature of our products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be sure to include a photo of the damaged item so we may contact the appropriate shipping company to process a claim.
