Please be sure to include your logo with your order. Once your order is received we will send a mockup to the email you used when placing your order. Please double check your spam folders. Mockups are typically sent within 48 hours. You can also request any changes such as sizing and logo placement. As a default we put the logo in the bottom right corner. If you'd like the logo placed in a different location please indicate that when placing your order in the "Notes to Shop" section at checkout or after your mockup has been sent to you.
Return Policy
Cancellation
We try to process each order as quickly as possible therefore we limit the cancellation window to 1 hour after purchase.
Once we begin engraving your board we are unable to make changes due to the personalized nature of our products.
Returns
We are confident you're going to love our handmade items so we've created a no fuss return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply ship it back to us within 7 days of your package being delivered and receive a full refund, minus shipping, once we receive your return (7 day window starts when the package is delivered. If you receive it on September 1st then contact us before September 8th and you're good to go). Simple as that.
If we make a mistake with your order, email us with a picture of your item along with the order number and we will immediately send you a new one.
We also know that everyone is human. If you make a mistake and you misspell your personalization, contact us and we will give you a discount code to re-order your item with the correct personalization.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be sure to include a photo of the damaged item so we may contact the appropriate shipping company to process a claim.
