Processing time

Most items in our store ship within 2 business days*. Custom orders, signs and Recipe Boards ship within 2 weeks.

Big Ass Boards (16x22 & 22x30)

These are massive and as such turn around time is usually under 2 weeks.

 Shipping Notification

When your order ships a notification will be sent to the email you provided when making the purchase. In that email will be your tracking link that you can click on to take you to the respective shipping carriers tracking website. Please double check your spam folder just in case the shipping email ended up there. Sometimes, it can take up to 24 hours for carriers to update their systems to show current tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellation

We try to process each order as quickly as possible therefore we limit the cancellation window to 1 hour after purchase.

Once we begin engraving your board we are unable to make changes due to the personalized nature of our products.

Returns

We are confident you're going to love our handmade items so we've created a no fuss return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply ship it back to us within 7 days of your package being delivered and receive a full refund, minus shipping, once we receive your return (7 day window starts when the package is delivered. If you receive it on September 1st then contact us before September 8th and you're good to go). Simple as that.

If we make a mistake with your order, email us with a picture of your item along with the order number and we will immediately send you a new one.

We also know that everyone is human. If you make a mistake and you misspell your personalization, contact us and we will give you a discount code to re-order your item with the correct personalization.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be sure to include a photo of the damaged item so we may contact the appropriate shipping company to process a claim.

✅ Do’s

• Hand wash with light amount of warm water and very mild soap.

• Dry immediately with a clean towel.
  

• Re-oil every few weeks with food-safe mineral oil or board conditioner.

• Store upright or on its side in a dry place.

• Use one side for cutting, the other for display.

• Apply a generous coat of oil after heavy use, let it soak overnight, and wipe off excess.

❌ Don’ts

• Don’t put your board in the dishwasher.

• Don’t soak it in water or leave it in a wet sink.

• Don’t use harsh detergents or bleach.

• Don’t expose it to direct sunlight or heat sources.

• Don’t place hot pots or pans directly on the surface.

With proper care, your handcrafted cutting board will last for years and age beautifully.
